When do claimed rewards arrive?
Items and zen arrive in your vault within about 2 minutes, even while you play. If the vault window is open in the game, close it. VIP rewards start right away.
Who can claim?
You need a character of level 100 or higher (or with at least one reset) on your account to claim, on the free and the Premium track. Missions count from the start, so everything you reached can be claimed once a character gets there.
Is there a welcome gift?
Yes. The free reward of tier 1 (500,000 Zen) is open for everyone from the first day, no XP needed. Claim it as soon as you have a character of level 100+.
What counts for missions?
Your normal play on every character of your account. Monsters defeated with /offlevel do not count. Days reset at 00:00 UTC.
How do I get Premium?
Buy the Season Premium Pass in the shop with card, PayPal or crypto. VIP Gold for 30 days includes it. It also unlocks the premium rewards of tiers you already reached.
How long can I claim?
Until two weeks after the season ends.
Is there a title?
Yes. Reaching tier 30 gives the season title, on the free track too. Choose it in your hub.
