Game rules

1. No cheating. Bots, speed hacks, packet editing, duplication and any third-party tool that gives an advantage lead to a permanent ban. The built-in /offlevel is allowed.
2. No exploiting bugs. Report bugs through support. Using a bug for profit, even once, can lead to a ban and removal of the gains.
3. Respect other players. No insults, threats, discrimination or harassment in chat or names. PvP is part of the game; harassing the same player repeatedly is not.
4. No impersonation. Do not pretend to be a Game Master or staff member.
5. No real-money trading. Selling or buying accounts, characters, items or Zen for real money is not allowed.
6. No scams. Use the trade window. Trades done outside it, or scams of any kind, are not restored.
7. One person per account. Do not share your password. Staff will never ask for it.
8. Names. Character and guild names must not be offensive or misleading. Staff may rename or remove them.

Penalties range from a warning or chat ban to a temporary or permanent account ban, depending on how serious and repeated the violation is.

Terms of service

• Mu Veyra is an independent, free-to-play server. It is not affiliated with Webzen Inc.; MU Online is their trademark.
• The service is provided as is. We work to keep it online and stable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that game data will never be lost.
• We may change game settings, balance, events and these terms at any time. Important changes are posted in the news.
• Accounts that break the rules can be suspended or deleted without notice.
• Accounts, characters and items have no monetary value and remain part of the service.
• You must be at least 13 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

Privacy policy

What we store

• Your account name, a securely hashed password (bcrypt) and, if you give it, your email address.
• Game data: characters, items, guilds and in-game activity.
• Technical data: IP address and browser information, used for security, rate limiting and error reports from the game client.
• Support tickets and the contact details you add to them.

How we use it

Only to run the game, protect accounts, fight cheating and answer support requests. We do not sell or share personal data with advertisers. Character names, classes, levels, guilds and equipment are public in the rankings.

Cookies

The site uses one cookie only, to keep you logged in to My account for up to two hours. The game stores settings and cached game data in your browser.

Your rights

You can ask us to show or delete your account data through support. Some data may be kept as long as needed for security (for example ban records).
